Osbourne Media House is an independent content platform where you can enjoy exclusive series, behind-the-scenes footage, autograph drawings, and more from the Osbournes. We offer a community based approach to exclusive content through paid memberships. We also produce free content on YouTube, like The Osbournes Podcast.

Membership and Accounts

How do I become a member?

Visit our website, OsbourneMediaHouse.com, and choose the membership tier that suits you best. Follow the prompts to create an account and complete your subscription.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page, enter your email address, and follow the instructions to reset your password.

How do I update my account information or credit card?

Log in to your account, navigate to the “Account Settings” section, and update your personal information as needed.

How do I ask fan questions as a member?

Only paid members are allowed to submit fan questions to the family. Every new user receives a welcome email with this information.

How do I access the content?

Once you’re a member, log in to your account on OsbourneMediaHouse.com and click on the “Membership” tab. You’ll have access to all the content available in your membership tier.

How often is new content released?

We release new content regularly. The frequency can vary, but the more subscribers we have, the more content we can produce and release.

Technical Issues

I’m experiencing issues logging in. What should I do?

How do I cast videos to my television?

You can cast videos to your TV using Chromecast, Apple AirPlay, Android or Roku. Make sure your device and TV are on the same Wi-Fi network and click the cast icon on the video player to connect. Make sure you are not on private browsing, your computer, phone or table cache care clear and, additionally, both your casting device and TV are BOTH UPDATED to the latest system software.

How do I cancel my membership?

Navigate to the “Account Settings” section, select “Subscriptions,” and follow the instructions to cancel your subscription.

Will I be refunded if I cancel my membership?

Membership fees are non-refundable. However, you will retain access to your membership benefits until the end of your billing cycle.
